Try changing extrude 5 from a surface to a solid. Pretty sure Boolean does not apply to surfaces since there is no volume to add or subtract. (View Post)2 -

I'm a little confused by your question. You want to add a bend along one edge? Not sure how a mate feature comes in at all. Sounds like you should be using flange feature. https://cad.onshape.com/doc… (View Post)1 -
