Are you using assemblys or a multipart studio? You don't have to group to mate. Grouping is a quick way of sticking things together from a multipart studio. (View Post)1 -

Sketch a quarter, extrude remove,mirror, mirror? Then you would have control of the sizes and Spacing in one sketch. Not sure if anyone has done a feature script for this kind of thing. (View Post)2 -
