No Boolean is needed when no voids are left in play. You have drawn 2 unnecessary lines that are leaving a void and are making a non manifold condition during the extrude. and cannot Boolean together… (View Post)1 -

That can be done with the mate connecter in sketch dialog. In this example sketch 2 uses sketch 1 location. No extra plane required. (View Post)1
