i would reccomend you to apply "Use path" checkbox and round corner of the helix line inside the sketch, so you get a smooth single edge helix (View Post)1 -

search for Sweep normal FS for this, it uses the normal to the face to keep orientation of the profile, curves are not good for presize control of orientation (View Post)1
