I like these solutions, but they are inaccurate. Original washer is 6820 mm^3, bent washer is 7440 mm^3. That's a 9% increase in volume. (View Post)1 -

Export as a *.DXF and open it up in Solid Edge 2D. It's free and ANSI/ISO/DIN/JIS etc compliant. Awesome software! (View Post)6
