Re: How to make one part based off the gemetry of another part?
RMC on parts studio tab at bottom of page, copy to clipboard. Then go to your new document click on + sign bottom left and paste tab. Your old part studio will now be in your new document. (View Post)2 -

@stuart_harrower A good civil engineer that I know, they used Revit. I don't think Onshape is particularly suitable yet for civil engineering type work. (View Post)1 -

@stuart_harrower Create a new document then click on top left button, three horizontal lines icon. Click on units , there you can choose the units for the document. mm , metres , inches etc (View Post)1 -
