#timrice, thanks! Yes, I see what you're saying about creating a profile that is normal to the sweep line - that achieves the desired effect of having the correct width over the entire path. As to adding a radius to each corner path, that doesn't match the design intent of having an engraving tool tip follow an engraving… -

@timrice Yup, I took a look at what you did with the sweep - thanks! Unfortunately, that doesn't work for three reasons: 1.
