Re: Rendering Named Positions? Decals?
Decals!!!! Great job
I need to complain more often.
It really is open and render, an engineers dream come true.
Now, I need to print a poster and 2.1 gig won't cut it. I've clicked on button (spend more money) and nothing happened. I even called OS and asked, nothing has happened. How can I get a high resolution. Most times a 2.1 gig is good enough, but once a year I'll need a poster.
Any ideas?

Re: Render Studio 3D Export (GLTF)
Definitely add an improvement request for this so others can let us know if they think it's important for them.
Unfortunately it's more complex to implement that it might seem largely due to how textures are handled in glTF. Basically you have to have the positioning information for the textures baked into the geometry of the model or converted to use the KHR_texture_transform glTF extension. It currently doesn't support the type of dynamic texture projections which Render Studio uses. It is also necessary to bake all procedural textures and graphs of functions into textures since those are also not supported by glTF.
Re: Publications searchable by PN.
Searching for part number should return the publication as well. Can you raise a support ticket with details?
Re: Can I get all of the points where a curve passes through a plane
As @Konst_Sh said that will work but the qCreatedBy(id,EntityType.VERTEX) will not get the start and end points also if they were not split so check the original vertices to see if they touch the plane using either evDistance or distance check between the point and the return of project(plane, point)
Re: Improvements to Onshape - November 1st, 2024
It is not - only top level operations/features are supported. Please create an improvement request through Contact Support.
