Thanks a lot for the update, lots of awesome features.
Would you consider re-enabling the option to make a composite part when combining a Step file into a single part studio? I was using that option very often when import step files for PCBAs, because as far as mechanical design is concerned the whole PCBA is one rigid object. Thank you.

Re: How to find the intersection point
The angle of the crossing will be dependent of the profile and size of the spoke.
For 28 spokes there are 2 or 3 crossings happening depending on the spiking pattern. This will result in 1 or 2 contact points per spoke.
