Sketchup files will need to be translated into Parasolid, ACIS, STEP, IGES, CATIA v5, SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro/E, Creo or JT format to bring into Onshape.
You can right click on any "Part Studio" tab and select "Copy to Clipboard". In the destination document select the "plus" sign and choose "Paste Tab". This will copy the studio from one document to another. Onshape is working on allowing referencing between documents so not to duplicate geometry, but this feature is not currently available so you are left with copying.
Cheers!
