I want to draw a 32x24 two car garage?

I have made many a temps to make the boards and concrete separately and then assemble them. The parts begin to fly away for some unknown reason on my part. I then tried creating walls by extruding them as a fully drawn wall. Anyone tried and succeeded?

When you insert your first part into an assembly just click the check mark to place it. Then right click on the part and click fix. This will keep it from moving around. After that you should be able to mate everything to it without any issues.
