How do I delete a Store Entry we made for testing?

Trying to delete a OAuth app we made for testing. Says we need to delete its Store Entry. Can't find a delete for Store Entry...

Can you ( or the app owner) create a support ticket with the client ID of the app you want deleted? Thanks!
