Why is this sketch not fully constrained?

It looks to me like this sketch has everything defined, yet the geometry is all blue in color. I can't deform it in any way, though the whole sketch will move up/down and left/right. The small dimension on the far right is 1".

Hi @bill_osberg to fully constrain your sketch you have to fix it to a point at least or use the fix constraint in the sketch menu.
