Is there an option to center dimension text by default?

I have had a look around and a search but didn't seem to find anything.
If it doesn't exist, can we get the option of it in the settings.

To be clear, the first time you insert the dim, it will automatically snap to center.
If you later move it, then that button can be used to re-center it.
Here is a video of the default centering as well as how to recenter.

If at any time after creation you have moved the dim and want to re center it, RMB over the dim and select 'edit' - there is a button that will re-center it.
I hope this helps
