Hi Guys, Even though my preferences are set to metric, the dimensions in my sketches still display imperial... What am I missing?

The units in your preferences only determine the default units that will be used when you create a new workspace. Thereafter, the units set in the workspace will determine how dimensions are displayed.
Did someone else create the workspace you are working in? Is it possible you created the workspace before changing the settings in your preferences? If neither of these are the case, please open a bug.
If you would like to change the units used in the workspace, please see https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/setdefaultunits.htm?Highlight=workspace%20units.
Best,
