I'm getting an error when I try to open a document. I'm new to onshape.

The error states:  Onshape is not connected.  Your document is saved.  You can refresh the browser to continue working on this document or return to the documents page.
I can return to the documents page, but refreshing returns the error every time.  I cannot access any shared, new or public documents.  Help please!  Thanks!

    That sounds like a bug.  Please file a support ticket via the "Feedback" option under the question-mark menu in the top-right corner so we can take a look at it.
