Drawing Won't Load for Simple Part

I can't get a drawing to load for my part (Number3Part).  Saw online it may be hanging session?  Please help.

    Loads alright for me, too. Try ctrl + shift + r (windows/linux) or command + shift + r (mac) to do a hard refresh. This can sometimes fix loading issues. If that still doesn't work, you may need to clear your browser's cache (cookies and other data do not need to be cleared). To do this, the instructions will be specific to your browser.
