How do I extrude this spline sketch?

Hello, I am a student and beginner to onshape and traced an image with the spline tool. I thought I did it correctly, however, I cannot extrude my sketch as a solid and I can only extrude it as a surface. Here is a link to my sketch.

Can anybody explain why I cannot extrude the sketch?

An area has to be fully enclosed to be extruded. The sketch area will turn grey when it is enclosed. It looks like the splines are not connected near the top in the circled area. If you make the spline end points here coincident you should be good.
You also likely don't need as many spline points for some of these curves. Two or three points would do instead of a ton. Using less will give you a smoother outline.

One technique to help find such issues is to add extra lines closing off part of the sketch. If an area won't turn grey, that's where a gap is.
Welcome Gage. The sketch you have looks symmetrical. If so, you only need to draw one half and then use the Mirror tool. - Scotty
