I put a material on all my parts, will it update in my assembly?

Hey,
So I created a rocket in onshape and I want to find it's mass. AFTER I built the rocket in assembly, I placed materials on each individual part. Now i am wondering if the mass is accurate because I dont know if the parts were updated in the assembly with the correct materials, thanks!

Yes - the material properties automatically propagate to the assembly. When you are looking at the mass of an assembly, the dialog will alert you if some parts don't have material (and therefore density information) assigned.
