How to change type of cursor

My cursor is the "standard" windows cursor. I would like it to be a cross hair that extends to the extents of the drawing window. Is there an option for that behavior?

Here is some software called CrossHair by Mike Lin that will give you crosshairs for any software:

I tested it out. It works so well, I'm going to keep using it myself! I changed the toggle hot key to ctrl + instead of ctrl + '
