Can you fillet a lofted cylinder?

I'm working on a cactus for a school project using onshape and I started to make the arms but I can't seem to round the edges. It's two circles lofted together but it has some kind of error and I'm having trouble trying to fix it.

Try reducing the fillet size, especially for the angled face. And for future reference it would probably be easier to just extrude the arms with draft . The flat non-angled ends would end up being easier to fillet.
