Reverse Fillet

I am new to Onshape so I am working through converting some Solidworks parts to Onshape as an exercise.
I have a round lid part that has some ribs around the rim. These have a reverse fillet around them.
Can this be done in onshape?

Not sure why you are calling that a 'reverse fillet'. Should be straightforward with the Fillet tool. see help here
