Introduction to Part Design: Speaker ist much too fast

Hello,
I am new with Oneshape, but I have 25 years experience with Solid Designer/Co Create.
Now I tried to look at the tutorial "Introduction to Part Design", but because I'm not a native English speaker for me the speaker is talking much too fast.
(But even in German i would dislike the speed, it sounds like selling TV)
With the speed multiplier 0,75 it is a little better, but the sentences still follow to quickly each other. Using 0,5 the speech is barely understandable.
Are there better tutorials?

So if you look at the YouTube tutorials about Onshape, and if you slow them way down, how about turning on captions also
