How can i share a document so that each pupil recieves a COPY of not just access to it?

Hi complete newbie to Onshape so asking for help! I know i can sahre access to a document so another can co edit. But can i share a document to many pupils in a class/team wher they will each recieve their own individual copy to work on. Todays efforts resulted in pupils gainig access to my copy. I also noticed on one of the videos onshape have doen taht along teh bottom - tabs with info in like videos and drawings - how do i create those? As that sort of thing would be ideal for the assignments i want to set (diffrentiation at it's finest)
I'm sure there is a video to explain this, but time is precious abd if anybody can offer help - point me to the video - i would be very grateful.

I can't think of a video covering this off the top of my head, but for allowing students to make copies, you can share view only with the "copy" permission which should let them make a copy of the document without editing the original. As for tabs with images, videos, etc. at the bottom, you can press the + symbol, select import, and upload data of any type.
