Is there anyway onshape can create a 2d drawing automatic from a 3d drawing.

For example, if I create a cube with a circular hole through the figure is there any way the program can create a 2d view of length and depth automatic without me doing the work?

Answers and help would be really appreciated.

No - you can create a drawing, add whatever views you want, and then add dimensions, but it is not done automatically.

sure sounds like you are talking about a drawing.  You will need to be on the Desktop - see help here

Oh and you will need to do little bit of work...

It would be nice if Onshape could optionally incorporate driving dimensions into 2D drawings.  I believe that other CAD products allow this and I've found it useful on occasion, especially for a quick & dirty drawing of something that I will be making myself.
