How would I make a surface at the jionts of the fingers?

I have been using surface modeling and i am having troubles making a surface between the joints of the fingers.
Any suggestions?

- Split the surface where the red dots are located
- Loft the lines that are highlighted in yellow

You can use a similar approach for each joint. Loft with lots of edge control will be the best tool here.Learn more about the Gospel of Christ ( Here )
