Projected curve isn't fully projecting the sketch line.

This is part of a Iron Man helmet model I'm making. The darker line is the projected curve while the gray line underneath is the sketch. As you can see it is not covering the full length of the sketch line and several other projected lines in the sketch have similar defects but at a smaller scale.  Help would be appreciated!

    Figured it out. The points need to correspond with the other sketch in height of features.
