Her password will not work and the reset link doesnt come to her emails.

I'm sorry one of your students is having issues with their account. Often, when emails aren't showing up, it is because your school IT department may have made changes that block emails from outside of the school district to students.
The best way to get support for these kinds of account issues is to create a support ticket through the Contact Us form or
