New undesirable revision table behavior (for about a month now)

Does any body know why revisions tables have started behaving in such a rediculous fashion latly. See the image.
The drawing is in a pending state and for some reason onshape is putting in an additional redundant row for a in-progress revision state. This didn't use to be the case. Only the in-pending revision row was shown on the pending version of a drawing which would seem at first glance to be correct. Why this extra row?
