Unable to suss out how to dimension overall length of a sketch in the Onshape Extrude Exercise.

Working my way through https://learn.onshape.com/learn/course/fundamentals-part-design-using-part-studios/creating-basic-part-features/exercise-extrude?page=2 Step 5. It shows an overall dimension for the sketch but i haven't been able to figure out how it was accomplished. Would really appreciate some guidance here.

With the Dimension tool activated, click on the edges of each of the circles and pull down. A dimension line will appear between the ends of the circles.
