I can't find the 'Surface Text' icon in the Onshape. Could you tell me where it is?
It is a custom feature. To add this custom feature to your tool bar, go to the Surface Text Onshape document and add the feature to your tool bar with the Custom features button.
You can also search and add custom features inside your own documents using the built in "Add custom features" tool:
