Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working

Onshape has worked fine on this networked school computer previously but now when I try to open or create a document it says "Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document." I have rebooted and cleared my cache but the message returns.

    Hi @gary_huckabee. Did your school start blocking websockets? Please ask your IT admin if they made any network firewall changes that would have blocked these requests. If you don't get resolution there, please open a support ticket and we will take a look.
