CADSharp LLC, a leading provider of Onshape automation, mechanical design, and technical support services, is hiring several Onshape technical support specialists to assist our largest customers. This role will require the specialist to become highly familiar with our customer's workflows, best practices, and outstanding technical support needs, thereby assisting with training their designers, developing documentation for how Onshape will be used to meet their workflow standards, tracking their support issues related to Onshape, and testing Onshape for new and updated capabilities relevant to their needs.
The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of Onshape, plus strong self-organization, communication, and teaching skills.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role. You will have flexibility in your hours but you will be expected to be available during the normal business hours of the customer depending on what region you're in. We are looking for individuals in India Standard Time zone, Australasia time zones, North American time zones, and European time zones. (You are not required to actually live in those regions, you simply need to be available to work during their normal business hours.)
