Mouse wheel focus in "Insert parts" flyout still resides with "Instances"

I guess your mouse wheel is scrolling too fast while inserting the parts in assembly but not sure if I am correct on this. See the below video where I tried to scroll the parts in insert mode of assembly through mouse wheel.
I am still not sure if I answered you correctly. But some additional description will really help all other users in the community to resolve your problem.

If so then that part still not placed in that place you can take it with your mouse.After inserting another part also you can take that part along with second part.once you click on model space then only it will take it's position.
