Lost work yesterday: is a back up available?

Logging on o On shape this morning there is no sign of the model i created yesterday. It appears that I have lost a whole days work. This is the first time this has happened to me in a ac few years of using On shape.  Can I request  a back up copy?

    Welcome to Onshape and the Forum!

    Two things if you have not done already - 1) check the trash folder  2) contact support under the ? menu.  The team is very responsive and helpful.
