How to disable alignments in the part studio?

I have been retracing a drawing i made and it is very annoying that the lines i am trying to make are constantly aligning with other dots. 
Is there a way to disable the alignments?

    Hit "?" to pull up the keyboard shortcut list. You just want to hold down "shift" when you want to avoid having things get constrained automatically.
