The ball mate menu should have an offset feature

It would be useful when you want to make a part rotate around a point associated with another part.

    You can get this functionality in two ways.

    1) In the part studio, create a mate connector at the rotation point. You can associate it with a part, then use that as one of the two mates in the Ball Mate.
    2) In the assembly, create the ball mate with the parts. In the mate features, expand the ball mate, and edit one of the mate connectors to move it where you want it. 

    In this example, the "Ball mate to Point MC" mate uses a mate connector I offset from the base (strategy 1). The "Ball Mate with Moved MC" uses strategy 2, which you can see by looking at the "Moved Mate Connector".
