Enclose the minimum volume of a group of planes?

 I have a featurescript where I am trying to make dice that have a variable size.
Currently I am having issues with the D10 where an enclose operation creates a solid with the maximum enclosable volume where I wish for the smaller enclosure. Is there a way to specify the minimum volume enclosed by the planes?

The area I am looking at is under     if( definition.DiceType == d10){}

Maximum enclosed volume:
