How to copy or move features to a different Part Studio

Case: I have two part studios (A and B ) with many parts, and want to move a complex part from A into B. All of the sketches and features are grouped with no dependencies except to the front plane of A and to each other. My goal is to reduce the long rebuild times in A and to redefine the context of the complex part with dependencies in B. Simply copying A and deleting the extra features doesn't work, because now there's no context with B (unless I derive B inside of the newly copied part studio, but then my build order is fixed and I can't add to B with references on the complex part).

Is there a way to move the features from A to B without rebuilding the entire part? I seem to recall this was possible in Solidworks, though still really messy due to missing references and sketch planes, and I can deal with that. I can copy sketches, but there's no 'copy' for features. A "move to ____" would be really nice.

At some level the functionality for this is already there in order to support merging of branches. It would be great to have something like this.
