Change world orientation of in-context part studio

A picture is worth 1,000 words, but two really gets the job explained:

From this assembly, I use one of the mating connectors to create a new part studio in context. Note the orientation of the face I'm mating to (Front).

Note the new part studio has its world coordinates rotated so that the assembly is now facing "up" instead of toward the front.

Why do I care? Because holding down the Option key while rotating the view cares about what is "up" to do a turntable rotation and doesn't work as well with top and bottom oriented sketches.
