Help with Loft on a path

Hello, I'm trying to create a loft on a path between two circles, but I keep getting this error when trying to attempt this. I'm pretty new to CAD as a whole so I'm guessing this is a simple fix. Thanks!

You can try surface loft instead of solid, and enclose into solid then
