PLTW (project lead the way) file won't load

I am using an educational PLTW (project lead the way) file that will not load. It keeps loading and will eventually ask me to refresh the browser, which still doesn't work. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Click on the question mark icon at the top right and then select "Report a bug" or "Contact Support."
You could also try using a different browser, or changing your internet connection.
