resize sketch, move rectangle

Hello,
I am from germany. I am using onshape on Ipad. I have some questions about sketch. I come from Freecad and I am missing some options.
1. If I draw e.g. 4 lines or a rectangle and the line color is black. I dont understand how to get the lines blue so that I can move them. e.g. change the size.
I always search for things like "congruent" or "concentric" and delete them, but I think there is a much easier way. Can you explain it to me pls? (see example_1)
So my question is, how can I resize or move this rectangle some centimeter without search and delete "congruent" or "concentric" things because this always destroyes the rectangle.
2. In Freecad you could create lines that were only for you to help you in your sketch, but you couldnt create something with this lines. Does this also exist in the ipad onshape app? Some Helperlines?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Kind Regards
Manachero
