delete or archive parts & drawings??

We have been using Onshape for several years and have generated dozens of versions of documents, parts and drawings. In order to tidy up the documents we are thinking about how to deal with parts and drawings that are no longer needed.
Currently we move them into a folder called "Archive".
Alternatively, we could also delete the parts / drawings.
Which way do you go? What do you recommend?
