export curved face as dxf

I'm not even too sure how to ask this question...I have designed a propeller using the sweep function and I would like to export the face of the propeller as I want to laser cut it and then mold it as I have to make 50 of these blades. How do I export the face of the sweep. Obviously the shape is going to be a little different as it's a 3d curve now on 2d. Can Onshape export a 3d curve and flatten it into a 2d shape?

Thanks Dirk. I have actually tried their online and the version through onshape. I haven't had much luck with either. I'm not to sure if it's the type of shape I am attempting to flatten. It's a sweep shape around a spiral helix. I have contacted them and lets see if they come back with anything. Thanks for the reply.
