How to duplicate only part of a shape

Hi,
I just started on Onshape and not very comfortable yet.
Simple question. Can I copy and paste only the part in red? said another way, can I duplicate only the part in red and generate a new shape instead of create it from 0?
If yes, I need to redimension it.
Thanks a lot! Vince

You could place a plane or mate connector at the same point as your left red line and them use the Split tool, selecting the entity to split and the entity (plane or mate connector) to split with. After copying the portion you want you can rejoin the parts you have after the copy using the Boolean tool. There is probably a better way. If you post a link to your document, better ways may be uncovered.- Scotty0

Then duplicate your Part studio and split the part, or derive your part into a new Part studio and then split the part.
And at last you can study the configurations in Onshape for the best solution
