Glitch when cursor hovers over anything?

I am trying to work on a model and anytime I move my cursor over my part or even the features sidebar, the image shown begins to glitch and become transparent until I move my cursor off of the part. I have posted a picture of this issue below. If anyone can offer help with this issue please let me know.
