Not letting me change a color.

Hello. So i have been working on a project, and I am relatively new to onshape and 3D modeling. I am currently having this issue where I am having trouble changing the color for a specific part. If I want to change a color, it is only letting me change the color of the whole design, not specific parts. It was working earlier, but not anymore and not exactly sure why.

Hi @saajid_mahmud089, welcome to Onshape! There is a chance you may have composited your parts together, or forgot to change your boolean scope to "New" instead of "Add".
If you can, please share a link to your document, this will help us troubleshoot for you. Besides the forums, I also recommend the Learning Pathways from the Onshape learning center, a fantastic way to get into Onshape.
