How to connect two parts in a sketch?

Hey, I would like to move those circle over to the red point, without breaking any bond/ dimension.


How can I do that?

    Hi, you can either drag an drop the center of the circle to the red dot or click the centerpoint of the circle and your end of th ecunstruction line and then click the coincident connection
