How do I make a square 'tube' go between these two highlighted squares?

Ignore the ones which are paler orange, the two orange ones are the ones I want to connect. I assume there's an easy way of doing this I just don't know which tool to use, it looks like sweep but from the onshape guide on it, it doesn't seem to work for this but maybe it does so yeah any help is appreciated thankyou.
